You will receive a confirmation by email upon completing and submitting your order.
Model Creator does not physically produce the miniature(s) you ordered - we work with our partners, who are experts in 3D printing, to bring you the best possible product, as fast as possible. Creating bespoke, custom miniatures takes time, so from order to ship-out it typically takes 2-3 weeks. Of course, our partners will try to best this at every opportunity.
Note that production times may be extended during busy times like the holidays or when we are subject to heavy order volume.

Shipping methods
Orders to the United States are sent through Royal Mail. Transit times for these orders typically take 7-10 business days.
Shipping for all other international orders is also via Royal Mail. Transit times for non-US orders vary heavily country by country.
Taxes and Import Fees
Shipping prices include VAT and Sales Tax. Depending on your country's shipping practices, some orders placed outside the EU and the United States may be subject to additional taxes, duties, or delivery fees due on arrival. Any such additional costs are not included in quoted prices. Please contact your local postal service branch for more information.

RETURN POLICY
Model Creator is a design platform for 3D printing. Printing and shipping are provided by our manufacturing partner, Shop3d.io.
Model Creator warrants only that the model manufactured by us will substantially meet the features of the indicated 3D model within the limitations of the 3D printing technology. Model Creator does not give any warranty about the models and does not guarantee that the model will be fit for any particular purpose. Please inspect the model upon receipt immediately. If the model was faulty when you received it and you believe you are entitled to a replacement following the warranty above, please submit a claim within 10 days after receipt of the model. Such warranty claims can be made only within 10 days after receipt of the model. Do not return the model unless we require you to do so. We will confirm whether you are entitled to a replacement or refund. Note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital models.
